Sangha Circle
A Community for Yoga and Mindful Living
Through live Sunday yoga classes, guided meditations, an extensive on-demand library, and occasional workshops, Sangha Circle offers a welcoming space to support your practice wherever you are. Whether you join from across town or across the world, you'll find thoughtful teaching, a steady rhythm of practice, and a community rooted in presence, curiosity, and connection.
What is a Sangha?
san·gha
/ˈsaNGɡə/
Sangha is a word in Pali and Sanskrit for “community.” While often used in Buddhism, a sangha can refer to any group of people who come together for shared study and practice. I chose the word circle because it reflects the spirit of Sangha Circle: practicing alongside one another, wherever we may be.
